The Vladimir state university has obtained the license for training specialists with higher education (the second higher education) at the speciality:

• 210405 "Radio communication, broadcasting and television".

More than 10 doctors and 15 candidates of science will be engaged in teaching specialists. There is the first class equipment and the modern computers at students' services.

Educational process is conducted in the form of extra-mural courses for 2.5 years.
